CABIAO, Nueva Ecija — In a continued effort to improve police facilities and operational readiness, the 4th Maneuver Platoon of the 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), led by P/Capt. Silvestre C. Colanza, Platoon Leader, has successfully completed a series of upgrades at their Patrol Base in Cabiao, Nueva Ecija.
Following the directives of P/Lt. Col. Paterno L. Domondon Jr., Force Commander 1st PMFC NEPPO and under the guidance of P/Col. Ferdinand D. Germino, Provincial Director of the Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office (NEPPO), the team replaced mobile unit tires, repaired faulty lights, and repainted the base building.
Capt. Colanza, expressed pride in his team’s initiative, stating, “These improvements reflect our dedication to enhancing our working environment and ability to serve the community effectively. What makes this even more significant is that the funds used for these upgrades came from the personal contributions of our personnel, demonstrating their unwavering commitment to our mission.”
These upgrades are part of the platoon’s commitment to providing enhanced services and creating a more effective and conducive working environment for police personnel. This initiative aligns with the vision of Police Regional Office 3’s Regional Director, P/Brig. Gen. Rederico A. Maranan, and his mantra, “Makabagong Pulis sa Makabagong Panahon,” which underscores a modern, disciplined police force that commands respect from the community.
