NUEVA ECIJA POLICE PROVINCIAL OFFICE — Col. Ferdinand D. Germino, Acting Provincial Director, NEPPO, was honored with the Medalya ng Kagalingan during the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at Camp Olivas in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga Monday morning (Nov. 4).
The award was presented personally by Brig. Gen. Redrico A. Maranan, Regional Director, PRO3, alongside other recipients recognized for their exemplary performances.
Col. Germino expressed his gratitude, stating, “This award is dedicated to the Novo Ecijanos, to whom I owe so much. Their trust and support inspire me to strive for excellence in our service.
