NUEVA ECIJA — PCol. Ferdinand D. Germino, Acting Provincial Director, NEPPO, conducted an inspection among deployed Tactical Motorcycle Riding Units (TMRU) in Cabanatuan City on Thursday (Nov. 7) to ensure the effective enforcement of the “NO PLATE, NO TRAVEL POLICY”.
This policy plays a vital role in promoting road safety, reducing crimes involving unregistered motorcycles, and preventing illegal activities.
