Castro the recent awards for the Provincial Government of Bulacan including the Gawad KALASAG Seal of Excellence – Beyond Compliant for garnering a total 2.83 in the 24th Gawad KALASAG Seal for Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils and Offices (LDRRMCOs) category for C.Y. 2024 and the plaque for being 2nd Place in Best Government Emergency Management and Response Teams (GEMs) recently.
