5 fall in Subic drug bust, over 100K worth of shabu seized

SUBIC, Zambales — Five individuals were apprehended inside a makeshift drug den that also led to the confiscation of some Php 103,500.00 worth of shabu in a buy-bust operation recently.

PDEA Zambales Team Leader identified the arrested suspects as Leonardo Baleros y Rodriguez @Leo, male, 42 years old; Tiburcio Sujabo y Lagnas, male, 41 years old; Alma Herrera y Ilagan, male, 48 years old; Marvin De Guzman y Lacambra, male, 21 years old; and Jeffrey Apolinar y Plaza, male, 41 years old.

The suspects were collared around 1:00 a.m. inside the drug den in Purok 5, Barangay Calapacuan.

At least nine pieces of sachets containing more or less 15 grams of shabu worth P103,500.00; assorted drug paraphernalia were seized during the operation.

The operation was conducted jointly by operatives led by PDEA Zambales and the local police.

Cases for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the arrested suspects. (UnliNews Online)
