16-day intensified police ops net 387 wanted persons in Central Luzon

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) has achieved a significant breakthrough in its campaign against criminality, apprehending 387 wanted persons, including 70 individuals identified as most wanted, during operations conducted from January 10 to January 26, 2025.

Among those arrested were individuals facing serious charges such as murder, rape, robbery, and illegal drug-related offenses, underscoring PRO3’s commitment to public safety and upholding the rule of law.

The Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO) emerged as the top contributor to this success, with 75 arrests attributed to its proactive peacekeeping efforts.

PRO3 Regional Director, Police Brigadier General Jean S Fajardo lauded the dedication of the police force in achieving this milestone. “In just 16 days, we have successfully apprehended 387 wanted persons, including 70 of the most dangerous criminals in the region. This is not just a victory for the police, but a triumph for the safety and security of every citizen in Central Luzon,” PBGEN Fajardo said.

This accomplishment reflects PRO3’s relentless drive to track down fugitives and promote a secure and peaceful region. The Police Regional Office 3 remains resolute in its mission to serve and protect, ensuring that individuals attempting to evade justice are held accountable.

“We will continue to pursue justice with steadfast commitment and work tirelessly to ensure that no one is above the law. Our mission to protect and serve remains as strong as ever, and we will not rest until every corner of our region is free from criminal threat,” PBGEN Fajardo emphasized.

The PRO3 top cop also called on the public to support the PNP’s endeavors by providing valuable information about criminal activities through official hotlines and community initiatives. (UnliNews Online)
