MANILA — North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Corporation’s flagship program for community development clinched the Silver Anvil at the recently concluded 60th Anvil Awards.
From nearly 600 entries, the NLEX Pag-unlad at Paglago ng Pamayanan (PUNLA), a program dedicated to equipping small but promising women-led organizations with essential skills and knowledge to improve their enterprises, was among the 122 winners this year.

NLEX holds 28 Anvil awards, including the Grand Anvil in 2006 for its Integrated Communication Program for the New North Luzon Expressway.
