SUBIC, Zambales — A couple drug den operator and two others were nabbed during a buy-bust operation that resulted in the seizure of some P54,400.00 worth of shabu in Barangay Calapacuan, Subic town, late Sunday night (Feb. 9).
PDEA Zambales Provincial Office identified the arrested couple as Alias Loy, 36 years old, and Alias Mae, 24 years.
Other suspects were named as alias Cille, 45 years old, and alias Vince, 38 years old.
Apprehended suspects yielded a total of 5 plastic sachets containing roughly eight grams of shabu worth P54,400.00; assorted drug paraphernalia; and the marked money.
Arrested suspects are now detained at the PDEA Jail Facility in the City of San Fernando, while illegal substances were forwarded to the PDEA RO3 laboratory for forensic examination.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, will be filed against the arrested suspects. (UnliNews Online)
