BOCAUE, Bulacan — Senator Joel Villanueva in his rousing speech, endorsed CIBAC Partylist on its campaign opening rally on Tuesday (Feb. 11) at the Municipal Covered Court of Bocaue, where more than 3,000 leaders from different sectors nationwide were represented, registering their full support for the said party-list.
Also present during the campaign rally were Bocaue Vice Mayor Sherwin Tugna, and CIBAC nominees led by CIBAC Representative Bro. Eddie Villanueva.
As the event marked the start of CIBAC’s renewed commitment to good governance, Senator Joel Villanueva took the stage to express his full support and endorsement for CIBAC emphasizing the need to continue the party’s advocacies in Congress.
“Ang korapsyon na nangyayari ay hindi lamang sa pamahalaan kundi sa moralidad. Ito ang sakit ng lipunan na lumalala sa Pilipinas at sa buong mundo. At ito ang patuloy na lalabanan ng CIBAC Party-list,” Sen. Villanueva said.
“Maraming nagsasabi na kapag sila’y nahalal ay lalabanan nila ang korapsyon. Ngunit nag-iisa lang ang party-list na ang natatanging adbokasiya ay sibakin ang korapsyon. Kailangan ang CIBAC Party-list sa ating bansa,” Senator Villanueva added.
Meanwhile, CIBAC incumbent Representative and 2025 elections First Nominee Congressman Bro. Eddie Villanueva called on the Filipino people to rally behind the party’s platform and to continue to fight for a corrupt-free and genuine public service.
“Habang hindi pa nagugunaw ang mundo, magpapatuloy ang CIBAC Party-list para sa kapakanan ng Pilipino dahil hindi ito laban lang ng CIBAC, laban ito ng matitinong Pilipino na mahal ang bayan, at higit sa lahat, laban ito ng Diyos,” CIBAC Rep. Bro Eddie said amidst the recent survey that says 47 percent of the Filipinos are desensitized in the issue of corruption.
“May pag-asa pa ba ang Pilipinas? Ang sagot ay nasa kamay ng bawat isa sa atin. Nasa kamay natin ang kasagutan upang makalaya ang bansa sa tanikala ng korapsyon” the CIBAC solon said.
With strong backing from its supporters, CIBAC Party-list remains steadfast in its commitment to serve the Filipino people with integrity, excellence, and faith-driven leadership.
CIBAC is the country’s longest serving party-list, undefeated since 2001. It has pushed for 223 laws like Anti-Red Tape Act, Anti-Money Laundering Act, Good Manners and Right Conduct (GMRC) Law, and Ease of Doing Business Act, among others.
If elected again, CIBAC Party-list pledges to reinvigorate its fight against corruption in every sector of governance in our society.
