CAMP ALEJO SANTOS — The Bulacan police carried out a successful operation that resulted in the seizure of P138,400 worth of suspected illegal drugs, and the arrest of 14 drug peddlers and 9 wanted felons on Wednesday (April 26).
According to reports presented to Col. Relly B. Arnedo, Bulacan provincial director, a joint buy-bust operation was conducted by the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU), Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU), and Bustos police.
During the operation, a total of P68,000 worth of suspected shabu was seized. In Brgy. Tibagan, Bustos, the suspect, Ronald Hernandez, was caught with seven sachets of suspected shabu and marked money.
In a separate anti-drug operation in Brgy. Panasahan, City of Malolos, Jojit Javier was caught with five sachets of suspected shabu, valued at approximately P20,400.
“An improvised shotgun with four 12-gauge live ammos was also found in plain view and confiscated,” Arnedo added.
Several drug sting operations were carried out by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Meycauayan City, Guiguinto, CSJDM, Bulakan, Plaridel, and Baliwag City PS, which led to the arrest of 12 drug suspects.
Furthermore, 36 sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated value of almost P50,000 were confiscated along with marked money.
Further, nine felons wanted for various crimes and offenses, were arrested by the tracker teams of the 1st PMFC, Meycauayan City, Plaridel, Guiguinto, CSJDM, Hagonoy, and Bocaue PS.

Their unwavering dedication is demonstrated through their anti-illegal drug operations, the pursuit of wanted individuals, and implementation of anti-crime measures.
