RD Hidalgo reminds personnel to ‘toe the line’

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Following the arrest of seven cops assigned at Police Station 2-Angeles City Police Office for allegedly being involved in arbitrary detention and subsequent relief of all personnel thereat, PRO3 Director Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr. reiterated to all members of Police Regional Office 3 to “toe the line” and to never engage in illegal activities.

“We do not fall short in sending out stern warnings and memo directives reminding all PNP personnel to never involve themselves in illegal activities as we continue to weed out hoodlums and remove bad eggs in the police force,” Hidalgo also said.

He added that the warning is in line with the continuous PNP internal cleansing initiative to ferret out and prosecute the organization’s scalawags as part of the 5 -Focus Agenda of PNP Chief Gen. Benjamin C. Acorda Jr.

On Monday morning (June 5) Gen. Hidalgo visited Police Station 2 and gave his guidance to the newly assigned commander and personnel of the unit. (UnliNews Online)
