CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Five minors were arrested by the authorities after they allegedly robbed the teachers’ personal belongings in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija on Tuesday (June 6).
Based on reports submitted to Police Regional Office 3, suspects forcibly entered the different classrooms of Sto. Niño 3rd Elementary School and Sto. Niño 3rd National High School and carted away one Lenovo Laptop worth P79,000.00, cash money amounting to P14,200.00, and elementary school canteen sales amounting to more or less P700.00.
A follow-up investigation was conducted by personnel of San Jose CPS wherein a review of the CCTV footage and immediate coordination with Carranglan MPS led to the identification and arrest of the minor suspects.
They were identified as alias “Carlo”, 15 years old, alias “John”, 17 years old; alias “Topher”, 17 years; alias “Joel, 15 years old and alias “Roy”, 17 years old. All of them are residents of Carranglan, Nueva Ecija.
A criminal complaint for Robbery with force upon things was already prepared for court referral.
“We are laser-focused on arresting everybody that is involved in all kinds of lawlessness especially when it involves violence and at the same time, we appeal to all parents to guide their children in becoming law-abiding citizens,” Brig.
