MULTIPLE AWARDS FOR BALIWAG CITY

GOVERNOR Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro award the copies of Kapasyahan Blg. 021-T’2023, Kapasyahan Blg. 022-T’2023, and Kapasyahan Blg. 023-T’2023 to Baliwag City Mayor Ferdie Estrella and Councilor Bhang Imperial recently held at Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan for being a four-time recipient of the Seal of Good Local Governance awarded by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG); 2nd Overall Most Competitive Municipality (1st and 2nd) in Central Luzon for 2 Consecutive Years by the Department of Trade and Industry; 2021 1st runner up and 2019, 2020, 2022 National Champion in Manila Bayani Awards by the Inter-Agency Task Force on Manila Bay Clean Up Preservation Program under DILG last January 12.
