Central Luzon cops arrest 3 top most wanted persons

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Central Luzon cops arrested three Top Most Wanted Persons during separate manhunt operations conducted over the region on Friday (June 9).

In Bulacan, Henry Dela Cruz y Dela Rosa, the Top 1 Most Wanted Person in Bulacan, was arrested by the elements of 2nd PMFC Bulacan together with San Rafael MPS by virtue of a warrant of arrest for two counts of Acts of Lasciviousness under Art. 336 of the RPC in rel. to Sec 5(B) of R.A. 7610 with P108,000 recommended bail each.

Two counts of Lascivious Conduct under Sec. 5(B) of R.A 7610 with P200,000 recommended bail each; and five counts of Qualified Rape with no recommended bail issued by Hon. Veronica A. Vicente-De Guzman, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Third Judicial Region, Branch 9, Malolos City, Bulacan.

Similarly in Nueva Ecija, Elena Valdez y Gacutan, Top Most Wanted Person in Cabanatuan City, was arrested by joint operating units of Cabanatuan City Police Station, CIDG Nueva Ecija PFU, PIT-NE RIU3, 1st-PMFC NEPPO, RMFB3, 304th MC RMFB3, and SCU3 thru manhunt operation at Brgy Valle Cruz, Cabanatuan City for violation of RA 9165 under Criminal Case No. 35932-AF issued by Hon. Junoffre Ripizora Alzate Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 29, Cabanatuan City.

While in Tarlac, Roy Galvan y De Leon, the Top 1 Most Wanted Person in Camiling, was arrested by the personnel of Camiling MPS by virtue of an alias warrant of arrest for Murder under Criminal Case No. 15-128 issued by Honorable Judge Jose S Vallo of Regional Trial Court Branch 68, Camiling, Tarlac.

PRO3 Regional Director Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr. said that the continuous arrest of persons sought by law only goes to show that the police are doing their best to account for all wanted persons to rid the society of fugitives and lawless elements. (UnliNews Online)
