CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Police Regional Office 3 joined in the commemoration of the 125th Anniversary of the Philippine Independence in a simple program and releasing of doves Monday morning, (June 12) at the PRO3 Patrol Hall, Camp Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
All PNP uniformed and non-uniformed personnel attended said activity which has its theme: “Kalayaan. Kinabukasan. Kasaysayan.”
“Malinaw ang ating takdang tungkulin: Ang maglingkod sa mamamayang Pilipino, magtaguyod ng seguridad sa ating mga komunidad, at magtanggol sa ating mga karapatan. Lalo nating paigtingin ang pagpapalaganap ng serbisyong nagkakaisa, na siyang gabay natin sa paglilingkod at sa pakikipagtulungan para sa kaayusan, kapayapaan at kaunlaran,” stated in the message of PNP Chief Gen. Benjamin C. Acorda Jr. as read by Col. Rudecindo Reales, PRO3 Deputy Regional Director for Operations during the program.
“Ipagpatuloy natin ang ating tapat na serbisyo upang supilin ang iligal na droga, kriminalidad at katiwalian sa bansa. Hangad ko na ang damdaming makabayan at malasakit sa kapwa at bayan ay mag-alab sa puso ng bawat pulis. Ating tuparin ang sinumpaang tungkulin na pagsilbihan at bantayan ang mamamayan. Pangalagaan ang karapatan ng bawat Pilipino upang malaya silang makapamuhay sa tahimik at maayos na pamayanan,” PRO3 Director Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr. said in a statement.
The top cop also called out for public support and cooperation in preventing untoward incidents and crime situations during this celebration.
