SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — A Chinese national was arrested for selling 105 grams of shabu worth P714,000.00 following a buy-bust operation along Dapitan St., Barangay 7, Zone 2, Pasay City on Friday dawn (June 30).
Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Central Luzon identified the arrested suspect as Lu Liqiang alias Tiger, 26 years old.
PDEA team leader said that it took them about a week in securing a drug deal with Lu.
Recovered from Lu’s possession were 105 grams of shabu; seven pieces of vials containing unknown liquid substance; one Suzuki Jimny; one unit AR-15 Cal. 9mm firearm with magazine and suppressor.
The operation was jointly conducted by local police, PDEA Central Luzon, and PDEA NCR
Charges for violation of section 5 (sale of dangerous drugs), Article II of RA 9165 and RA 10591 or otherwise known as the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act will be filed against the suspect. (UnliNews Online)
