Northwin Global City, inilunsad sa Bulacan

MARILAO — Pormal nang inilunsad ang 85 ektaryang Northwin Global City sa gilid ng southbound lane ng North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) na sakop ng mga bayan ng Marilao at Bocaue.

Ang ang pagtatayo ng kauna unahang central business district (CBD) ng Bulacan, na kung saan ay envisioned na maging isang pangunahing katalista para sa paglago at pag unlad ng ekonomiya sa lalawigan na binansagang ‘gateway to Northern Philippines.

Ang pagtatayo ng kauna-unahang CBD sa Bulacan na nakatakdang simulan sa mga susunod na buwan at may halagang P98 bilyon ang puhunan na inilagak dito ng Megaworld Corporation.

Isusunod umano ito sa konsepto ng Bonifacio Global City sa Taguig na tatayuan ng mga corporate buildings, shophouses, hotels at mixed-use commercial towers.

Magtatayo fim dito ng high-rise condominiums, lifestyle mall, educational institutions, bike lanes, intermodal transportation, gardens at mga parks.
Isa ring stormwater detention facility ang ilalagay na panlaban sa mga nakatakdang pagbaha dulot ng malakas na buhos ng ulan. (Unlinews Online)
