QUEZON CITY — A momentous joint turnover and assumption of offices ceremony took place within the Philippine National Police (PNP) as several directorates witnessed the transition of leadership.
The ceremony on Monday was held at PNP Multi-Purpose Center, Camp Gen. Rafael T. Crame, Quezon City, and presided over by P/Lt. Gen. Michael John F. Dubria, Acting Deputy Chief PNP for Operations.
The event marked a significant milestone in the growth and development of the organization, signifying the beginning of a new chapter. Capable and dedicated leaders assumed responsibilities in key positions to further enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of PNP operations.
In his speech, Lt. Gen Dubria acknowledged and expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the outgoing directors for their unwavering commitment and dedication to duty. Their tireless efforts have undoubtedly contributed to the success and accomplishments of their respective directorates.
Simultaneously, Lt. Gen Dubria extended a warm welcome to the incoming directors, recognizing their outstanding qualifications, leadership abilities, and dedication to the principles that guide the organization. He congratulated them on their well-deserved appointments and expressed full confidence in their ability to lead their respective directorates toward greater heights of excellence.

Highway Patrol Group (HPG): PBGEN ALAN M NAZARRO
Lt. Gen Dubria emphasized the critical role of each directorate and its responsibilities within the PNP.
