CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — A man wanted for seventeen counts of violation of RA 7610 was arrested by authorities in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.
Napoleon San Diego y De Leon, 48 years old, married, and a resident of Brgy. Padre Crisostomo, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija was arrested by joint operatives of Cabanatuan City police and other concerned police units during a manhunt operation at his residence.
San Diego is being sought by law for 8 counts of Sexual Assault under criminal case nos. 33108-AF to 33115-AF, and 9 counts of Acts of Lasciviousness under criminal case nos. 33099-AF to 33107-AF both issued by Hon. Ma. Theresa O. Basilio, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 8-FC, Cabanatuan City with P3,060,000.00 recommended bail.
