CAMP ALEJO SANTOS — Efforts of Bulacan police led to the apprehension of several wanted felons and individuals involved in dealing illegal drugs on Saturday (July 15).
Based on the reports on Sunday, Col. Relly. B. Arnedo, Bulacan provincial director, a series of drug sting operations carried out by the Station Drug Enforcement Units (SDEU) in Pulilan and San Jose Del Monte City Police Stations resulted in the successful arrest of three drug dealers.
Arnedo identified the three drug dealers as Rommel Perez, Jeka Sumino, and Jessy Boy Cunanan. These individuals were arrested after engaging in transactions with operatives.
The authorities confiscated a total of 8 sachets of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia, and marked money.
The arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for appropriate examination, while criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspects is now being prepared for filing in court.
Additionally, tracker teams in Pulilan and San Jose Del Monte Police Stations located and arrested individuals with court-issued warrants of arrest. Arrested were Jose Mendoza for the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness and Jeros Garbo for the crime of Qualified Statutory Rape. Arrested accused are temporarily detained at the Pulilan and San Jose Del Monte Police Stations custodial facilities for proper documentation prior turnover to the issuing courts.
