Free breakfast, snacks for PRO3 personnel

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Personnel of Police Regional Office 3 will now enjoy free breakfast and afternoon snacks (merienda) as a food kiosk inside Camp Olivas formally opened on Monday (March 13) thru the initiative of Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo, PRO3 regional director.

“The Boy’s Corner” , coined from Gen. Hidalgo’s nickname, aims to promote a positive and healthy work environment and workplace culture among the employees.

PRO3’s first ever camp food kiosk provides free breakfast from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. and merienda from 3to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday and caters to 200 persons during breakfast and 100 persons during merienda on a first come, first serve basis.

“The focus of my administration is the well-being and health of all PRO3 personnel, both uniformed and non-uniformed, by keeping them nourished and well fed. People who eat a well-balanced breakfast are more able to make decisions and function effectively at work which is much needed in the kind of job we have,” Hidalgo noted.  (Unlinews Online)
