P102K worth of shabu seized, 4 drug traders nabbed in Cabanatuan

CABANATUAN CITY, Nueva Ecija — Four drug suspects including its operator were apprehended inside a makeshift drug den that also resulted in the confiscation of some P102,000.00 worth of shabu following a buy-bust operation in Barangay Dalampang in the said city, on late Thursday night (August 10).

PDEA Nueva Ecija Provincial Officer identified the arrested suspects as Jayson Santos y Balderama alias Ungkol (drug den maintainer), male, 33 years old; Jeffrey Santos y Balderama alias Pepe, male, 45, married; Harmond Binuya y Pascual, male; and Irish Santos y Soliven alias Chua, female, single, all residents of Brgy. Dalampang, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija

The sting operation yielded 5 pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets weighing more or less 15 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of P102,000.00; assorted drug paraphernalia; and the marked money.

Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the arrested suspects. (UnliNews Online)
