SUBIC, Zambales — A drug peddler at the same time, a den operator was nabbed inside a makeshift drug den that also resulted in the apprehension of four drug suspects and seizure of some P96,600 worth of shabu in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Matain on Sunday evening.
PDEA Zambales Provincial Officer identified the arrested suspects as Roldan Santos, 49 years old, resident of Matain, Subic, Zambales (Drug Den Maintainer); Rolan Santos, 27, resident of Matain, Subic, Zambales; Mae Bernas, 36, of Brgy. Barretto, Olongapo City; Bernadeth Rodolfo, 31, resident of Lower Kalaklak, Brgy. Kalaklan, Olongapo City; and Jhon Vincent, 30, resident of Brgy. Calapacuan, Subic, Zambales.
Approximately 14 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of Php 96,600.00 were seized including assorted drug paraphernalia; and the buy-bust money.
Confiscated illegal substances will be forwarded to the PDEA Laboratory Section for forensic examination.
Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the arrested suspects. (UnliNews Online)
