CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan — District Engineer Henry Alcantara and Assistant District Engineer Brice Ericson Hernandez led the distribution of school supplies and rain boots to students from four elementary schools in the towns of Bocaue and Hagonoy on Wednesday (Sept. 13).
