CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — The top cop of Central Luzon Brig. Gen. Jose Hildago Jr. commended the operating troops for their successful capture of Bicol region’s Most Wanted Person (MWP) during a manhunt operation in Angeles City recently.
Joint operating troops of RSOG3, CIDG3 Sorsogon PFU, RMFB3, Angeles CPO Station 6, and Donsol MPS of Sorsogon PPO conducted a manhunt operation in Brgy. Ninoy Aquino, Angeles City which led to the arrest of Basilio De Borja y Sampag, Regional MWP of Region 5 for Rape under criminal case no. 2022-12318P issued by Hon. Rofebar Fajardo Gerona, Presiding Judge, RTC Br. 53, Sorsogon City with no recommended bail.
