CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — The Central Luzon Police achieved a significant victory against illegal drugs, seizing a total of P818,000 worth of shabu and marijuana in two separate operations on Saturday (Sept. 23).
Late at night, around 11:30 p.m., the police conducted a carefully planned operation in Barangay Poblacion, Guiguinto, Bulacan. This operation led to the arrest of two individuals identified as Jeremiah Santos and Erika Joy Adviento, who were involved in selling drugs. The police officers worked diligently, resulting in the confiscation of about 3,700 grams of suspected marijuana, valued at approximately P444,000.00.
At the same time, in Angeles City, our dedicated officers arrested an individual known as “Tol,” who was considered a high-value target in the region. During the operation against illegal drugs in the city, law enforcement successfully caught the suspect and seized around 55.00 grams of alleged shabu, valued at approximately 374,000.00.
All arrested suspects are currently in police custody to ensure a fair legal process. Appropriate charges are being carefully prepared against them.
PRO3 Director Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr. emphasized the unwavering commitment of Central Luzon Police to combat the use and spread of illegal drugs in the region. He reaffirmed the dedication of the force, stating, “We will maintain our strong efforts in the fight against all types of illegal substances and relentlessly pursue those involved in their distribution.”
