CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — The diligent efforts of Bulacan police led to the apprehension of eleven individuals including a bogus dentist in anti-criminality operations on Tuesday (Sept. 26) and Wednesday early morning (Sept. 27).
In reports submitted to Col. Relly Arnedo, Bulacan provincial director, Provincial Director, Bulacan, the CIDG Bulacan Provincial Field Unit and Bulakan PS conducted an entrapment operation against Rosemary Jarce, @Marry Vinas, for practicing dentistry without a license in Brgy. Sta. Ana, Bulakan, Bulacan.
A criminal complaint for violation of R.A. 9484 (the Philippine Dental Act of 2007) is being prepared against the arrested suspect.
Meanwhile, the tracker teams of Bulacan 2nd PMFC, Santa Maria, Plaridel, Pulilan, Angat, and Malolos PNP’s campaign against wanted persons arrested seven individuals with court-issued warrants of arrest including one of Bicol Region’s Most Wanted Persons (MWP) for the crime of murder.
Joint manhunt operations conducted by the tracker teams of Bulacan 2nd PMFC and San Miguel MPS Virac Catanduanes in San Rafael, Bulacan, arrested Pio Tropel Valenzuela, @Allan Valenzuela, currently residing in Mapulang Lupa, Pandi, Bulacan.
The arrested suspect is ranked No. 3 MWP Regional Level, No. 3 MWP Provincial Level, and No. 2 MWP Municipal Level in Police Regional Office 5, Catanduanes Police Provincial Office, San Miguel MPS.
Also arrested were Leonardo Santos Jr. for the crime of rape in relation to 7610 and @Pareng Lanzkie (a member of Zapata Criminal Group) for robbery with homicide (RPC Article 294), both without the recommendation of bail. All the arrested individuals are presently under the custody of the arresting unit or station prior to their turnover to the court of origin upon the issuance of their commitment order.
On the other hand, the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of San Jose Del Monte, San Miguel, and Plaridel PS drug sting operations arrested three drug dealers included in the PNP/PDEA drugs watchlist.
The arrested suspects were identified as Edward Fiel, @Daga of Sitio Gulod, Brgy. Proper, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, Jay-R Garcia of Brgy. Sibul, San Miguel, Bulacan, and Oriel Ajero Jr., @JR of Purok 1, Brgy. Parulan, Plaridel, Bulacan.
Recovered from the arrested suspects were a total of 13.5 grams of suspected shabu with a standard price of P91,800.00.
The arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit for appropriate examination, while criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspects are now being prepared for filing in court.
