3 most wanted criminals in Pampanga, Zambales nabbed in manhunt ops

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — In a series of successful law enforcement operations, authorities apprehended three most wanted individuals in separate incidents on Sunday (Oct. 1). These arrests are significant steps towards upholding justice and ensuring the safety of our communities.

PRO3 Regional Director, Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr. identified the arrested most wanted persons as Romilo Garcia y Yanga, Top 1 Most Wanted Person – Provincial Level (Pampanga) for Statutory Rape, 5 Counts of RA 8353 (Rape), and 8 Counts of Acts of Lasciviousness) under various criminal case numbers issued by Hon. Katherine M. Legarda-Pajaron, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 54, Third Judicial Region, Macabebe, Pampanga with P1,416,000 recommended bail for Acts of Lasciviousness.

Ashlee Sigua y Agbada,Top 4 Most Wanted Person- Municipal Level (Porac) for Sexual Abuse (Under Sec. 5 (B) of R.A 7610) under criminal case no. 23-02352 – CR issued by Hon. Katrina Nora S. Buan-Factora, Family Court, Third Judicial Region, Branch 10, Angeles City with a recommended bail of P200,000 for his temporary liberty;

Laurence Canaria y Eben, Top 10 Most Wanted Person – Provincial level (Zambales) by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Maribel F. Mariano-Beltran, Presiding Judge of Third Judicial Region, Regional Trial Court, Branch 13, Iba, Zambales for two counts of Violation of Section 10 of RA 7610 with P80,000 recommended bail for each case.

Brig. Gen. Hidalgo said these arrests exemplify the unwavering commitment of our law enforcement agencies to bring individuals facing legal charges to justice. We are dedicated to promoting peace, security, and justice in our communities through effective law enforcement efforts and close collaboration with partner organizations.
