CITY OF MALOLOS — With hopes and great optimism, the Provincial Government of Bulacan has undergone the National Validation for the 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance recently.
The assessment was spearheaded by the validators from DILG Region II, Provincial Director of the Province of Quirino, Atty. Salvacion Z. Bacay, CESO V and LGOO V Carolyn Mateo; together with DILG Bulacan, headed by Provincial Director Myrvi Apostol-Fabia, CESO V.
Bulacan under the leadership of Governor Daniel R. Fernando, together with Vice Governor Alex Castro and Provincial Administrator Antonette Constantino proudly showcased and presented the accomplishments of the province, as well as their projects, programs, and facilities which reflect their adherence to the standards of an accountable, transparent and effective governance.
Currently, Bulacan holds its 6th consecutive SGLG Awards in which, with their beaming glimmer of hope, the province will be a 7-peat Provincial Awardee in Region 3.
As the SGLG National Validation ends, it was highlighted that the attainment of this prestigious SGLG Award is a testament to the relentless pursuit of excellence in local governance bridged through love and compassion, as well as the unwavering dedication of the Province in providing top-notch services to its citizens.
