CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — With a busy timetable and bunch of workloads to ensure public security and safety during the observance of All Saints and All Souls’ Day, Police Regional Office 3 under the leadership of Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr., PRO 3 regional director still managed to give kids a good time through a “Trick or Treat” held on Friday (Oct. 27).
Trick-or-treating or guising is a customary practice for children on Halloween in many countries. Children in costumes travel from house to house in order to ask for treats such as candy (or, in some cultures, money).
Different offices and units of PRO3 including the Office of the Regional Director were brimmed with candies and treats for a Pre-Halloween good time that provided ample fun for the kids of the Camp Olivas Day Care Center.
PRO3 Command Group, unit heads, and office chiefs handed out candies to almost 100 kids who wore their best costumes as they stopped on their offices/units. (UnliNews Online)
