CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Police authorities were able to confiscate illegal drugs (shabu) with an estimated value of P476,000 and arrest two individuals, including a high-value target (HVT), in Angeles City over the week end.
According to Angeles City Director, Col. Amado Mendoza, the operation conducted by Angeles City Police Station 6 led to the arrest of a high-value individual known as “Rod” and his accomplice during an anti-illegal drug operation at Riverside, Marisol Village, Brgy. Ninoy Aquino, Angeles City.
Mendoza said the arrested suspects were found in possession of approximately 70 grams of shabu, valued at an estimated worth of P476,000.
Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr., Regional Director of PRO3, commended the dedicated team involved in the said operation and said that the entire police force remains committed in the mission of eradicating the proliferation of the illegal drug trade in Central Luzon. (UnliNews Online)
