CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — Thirteen drug traders were arrested while P263,840 were seized during anti-illegal drug operations conducted by Bulacan police.
In a statement on Wednesday (Dec. 6), Lt. Col. Jacquiline P. Puapo, acting Bulacan provincial director said that station drug enforcement unit of Santa Maria, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bocaue, Plaridel, Norzagaray, San Ildefonso, and Angat with PDEA Bulacan conducted drug operations on Tuesday (Dec. 5) to Wednesday morning (Dec. 6) and seized a total of 45 sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated weight of 38.6 grams and an estimated drug price value of P263,840.0, three sachets of suspected dried marijuana leaves with an estimated weight of 40 grams and an estimated drug price value of 4,800, drug paraphernalia, and buy-bust money.
The arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit for appropriate examination, while criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the arrested suspects are being prepared for filing in court.
Meanwhile, a manhunt operation conducted by the Tracker Team of Malolos CPS and Bulacan CIDG PFU resulted in the arrest of three (3) individuals under Warrant of Arrest.
