CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — An estimated P1,360,000 worth of suspected shabu was seized, including the arrest of a High-Value Individual and his cohort in a drug buy-bust operation in Brgy. Lalakhan, Sta. Maria on Tuesday morning (Dec. 12).
According to Lt. Col. Jacquiline Puapo, Officer in Charge Bulacan PPO, at about 1 a.m. Tuesday, Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit with Sta. Maria police conducted a drug buy bust operation at Brgy. Lalakhan that resulted in the apprehension of a high-value individual (HVI) identified as alias Buddy, 40-year-old, electrician from Lower Bicutan, Taguig City, along with his cohort identified as alias Acma, 41, single and resident of Brgy. Gumaoc, City of San Jose Del Monte.
“The operation yielded the seizure of around 200 grams of suspected shabu valued at approximately P1,360,000 with marked money.
The arrested suspects and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for appropriate examination.
Criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspects are being prepared for filing in court.
