CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Central Luzon police were able to arrest a total of 10 drug suspects, including a high-value individual (HVI) in two separate operations conducted on Monday (Feb. 12) and Tuesday (Feb. 13) These operations resulted in the seizure of suspected shabu with a combined value of P788,800.
On Tuesday at around 6:30 a.m., operatives from Magalang police conducted a sting operation in Barangay Sta. Cruz, resulting in the arrest of one HVI. The operation yielded the confiscation of around 56 grams of alleged shabu, valued at P380,800.
On the other hand, in a drug operation in Limay, Bataan, authorities apprehended nine individuals involved in illegal drug activities.
The operation, which took place at a residence in Barangay Kitang around 8:30 p.m. on Monday, led to the seizure of approximately 60 grams of suspected shabu, valued at P408,000.00. Among those arrested were five males and four females, all of whom will face charges under various sections of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (Sections 5, 6, 11, 12, 14, and 15).
Brig. Gen. Jose S Hidalgo Jr., Regional Director of PRO3, commended the dedication and professionalism exhibited by the operating troops.
