CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Authorities caught five most wanted persons accused of various crimes on Friday (March 1).
In joint efforts of Norzagaray MPS and Provincial Intelligence Unit- Bulacan PPO, Jaime Dela Merced, Top Most Wanted Person Ranked No.7 Provincial Level, Bulacan was arrested in Brgy. Bigte Norzagaray, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Section 5(B) of R.A 7610 (Other Acts of Sexual Abuse through Lasciviousness Acts) with P200,000 recommended bail issued by Hon. April Anne M Turqueza- Pabellar, Presiding Judge, Family Court Third Judicial Branch 6, Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
Jhadler Tarriela, Top Most Wanted Person of Camiling was apprehended by joint personnel of PIDMU -Tarlac PPO and Camiling MPS at Brgy. Cacamilingan Norte, Camiling, Tarlac by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Qualified Rape docketed under criminal case number 2024-48 issued by Hon Elmira Sullea Cruz-Caisido, Presiding Judge, RTC Br. 68, Camiling, Tarlac with no recommended bail.
Operatives of Bongabon MPS and personnel of 3rd Maneuver Platoon, 1st PMFC NEPPO caught Jerson Puzon at Brgy. Kaingin Bongabon Nueva, Ecija by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Falsification of Private Documents issued by Hon Cheryl Gamalinda Encinares, Presiding Judge of Municipal Trial Court, Third Judicial Region, Bongabon, Nueva Ecija on February 22, 2024 with recommended bail of P1,000 each for 40 counts and Syndicated Estafa issued by Hon. Lody Q. Tancioco, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Third Judicial Region , Palayan City, Nueva Ecija no recommended bail.
Dumars Roderos Dulu @ Jumars Dulo, Provincial Most Wanted Person of Pampanga was nabbed by Magalang MPS together with RIU3, PIT Pampanga by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Robbery with violence or Intimidation of Person with recommended bail of P100,000 pesos and for Robbery under criminal case number 6420-M-2023 with recommended bail of P100,000 both issued by Hon Mylene Cabigao Albaytar-Avedaño, Presiding Judge of Branch 83, Malolos, Bulacan dated February 14, 2024 and December 04, 2023.
Tracker team of Candaba MPS arrested Edmon Sagum, number 4 Most Wanted Person of Candaba by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Qualified Theft (RPC ART.310), signed and issued by Hon. Sheila Marie S. Geronimo-Orquillan, Presiding Judge, Municipal Trial Court, Plaridel, Bulacan, dated August 18, 2023, with a bail fixed at P12,000.00 and Two Counts Qualified Theft (RPC ART. 310 in relation to ART. 308 and ART. 309 of the RPC as amended by SEC. 81 of RA10951) issued by Hon. Julie P. Mercado, Presiding Judge, Branch 12, Regional Trial Court, Third Judicial Region, Malolos City, Bulacan, dated September 7, 2023 and docketed under Criminal Case Nos. 4071-M-2023, 4072-M-2023 with a bail fixed at P40,000 for each case.
