SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, Bulacan — Agents of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region III (PDEA RO-III) – Bulacan Provincial Office and the local police here dismantled a makeshift drug den that also led in the arrest of four individuals and seizure of some P102,000.00 worth of shabu after a successful buy-bust operation in Barangay Muzon South on late Saturday night (April 13).
PDEA Bulacan Provincial chief identified the apprehended suspects as Alex Maravillo y Gorgonia, 47 years old; Edwin Espiritu y Polido, 25; Lyka Romero y Dabis, 43; and Russel Dizon y Constantino, 29 years old, all residents of Brgy. Muzon.
Arrested suspects yielded five pieces of sachets containing more or less 15 grams of shabu worth P102,000.00; assorted sniffing paraphernalia; and the buy-bust money.
Confiscated illegal items will be forwarded to PDEA RO III laboratory for forensic examination.
Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the arrested suspects. (UnliNews Online)
