CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — A 51-year old man considered a high-value individual (HVI) was arrested after attempting to sell more than P800K worth of suspected shabu to authorities during an anti-illegal drug operation in Bulacan, Tuesday afternoon (April 23).
“Miyong” was apprehended by joint operatives of Santa Maria Municipal Police Station (MPS), Bulacan Police Intelligence Unit (PIU), Bulacan Police Intervention Team (PIT) East, Regional Intelligence Unit 3 (RIU3), and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)- Bulacan in Brgy Catmon, Sta Maria, Bulacan and seized from his possession a total of 120 grams of suspected shabu (Methamphetamine Hydrochloride) with standard drug price of P816,000.00.
PRO3 Director Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr. said, “I commend our police, for their hard work in preventing more illegal drugs from reaching our streets. Through close collaboration, the proliferation of illegal drugs has been stopped.
