SUBIC, Zambales — Six drug personalities including a drug den operator and a regional target drug personality were collared during a buy-bust operation that also led to the confiscation of some P54,400 worth of shabu in Purok 4, Barangay Calapandayan, Subic on Sunday (May 19).
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Zambales chief identified the drug den maintainer as Jessie N. Aguillon, 57 years old; while the regional target was identified as Yvette A. Griffe, female, 51 years old.
Whiel the four arrested suspects were identified as Joven Pedrique, 32, resident of Brgy. Magsaysay, Castillejos; Joshua Antonio, 26, resident of Brgy. Nagbayan, Castillejos; Arnold Canday, 28, of Brgy. Calapandayan, Subic, Zambales; and Jay Villaran, 45, also from Brgy. Calapandayan, Subic, Zambales.
Approximately eight grams of shabu worth P54,400; assorted drug paraphernalia and the marked money were recovered during the sting operation.
The operation was conducted by the combined elements of PDEA Zambales Provincial Office, PDEA SIU-SBMA, PDEU Zambales PPO, PDEG SOU3, Naval Intelligence Security Group (NISG)North, and thelocal police.
Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the arrested suspects. (UnliNews Online)
