SM helps connect talent with opportunity: Trabaho para sa Super Pinoy!

CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan — In celebration of Philippine Independence Day, SM Supermalls, in collaboration with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Public Employment Service Offices (PESO), present “Trabaho para sa Super Pinoy.”

This continuation of nationwide job fairs, happening simultaneously throughout the month, reaffirms SM Supermalls’ commitment to empowering Filipinos with diverse career opportunities and reducing unemployment.

Since January, SM Supermalls has hosted over 70 job fairs, engaging more than 2,000 employers and attracting 40,000 job seekers. Notably, a significant number of applicants have received hired-on-the-spot (HOTS) offers, totaling to about 6,000 employed individuals. These nationwide job fairs will continue weekly until the end of the year, providing ongoing support for job seekers across the country.

“At SM Supermalls, we believe in the power of employment to transform lives,” said Steven Tan, President of SM Supermalls. “Our job fairs bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, helping individuals achieve financial independence.”

One-stop-shop

To enhance convenience, SM Job Fairs feature on-site government booths. This includes the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Social Security System (SSS), PAG-IBIG, and PhilHealth. With these government agencies readily available, applicants can efficiently complete necessary job requirements, potentially leading to immediate hiring.

A call to action

This Independence Day, SM Supermalls invites job seekers to secure a brighter future. Join us at our job fairs to find meaningful employment and contribute to community growth.
