Pampanga buy-bust nets 4 suspects, P95K worth of shabu

MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — Agents of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region III (PDEA RO III) collared four individuals involved in illegal drugs and seized around P95,200.00 worth of shabu following a buy-bust operation in Barangay Dau on Thursday night (June 20).

PDEA team leader identified the arrested suspects as Jobelle Macaraeg Lariza @Jobelle, 31 years old, female, resident of Brgy. Dau, Mabalacat City, Pampanga; Rederick Ragon Mercado @Ricky, 53, male; Mark Gil Bangit Garcia @Macmac, 27; and Jeffrey Pineda Siron @Jef, 44, all residents of Don Cornelio, Barangay Dau, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

The drug sting yielded a total of 10 pieces of heat-sealed plastic sachets containing more or less 14 grams of shabu worth Php 95,200.00; assorted drug paraphernalia; and the marked money.

Recovered illegal substances will be forwarded to the PDEA RO III laboratory for quantitative and qualitative examinations.

Arrested suspects will face charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (UnliNews Online)
