Francisco, a distinguished member of the PNPA Class “Magilas” of 2000, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role. He has served in various capacities, showcasing his leadership and strategic skills in different branches of the Philippine National Police (PNP).

Notably, before his designation as acting Provincial Director, he was Chief of the Regional Plans and Strategy Management Division (RPSMD). As the Chief of RPSMD, his attention to detail, dedication, and strong work ethic paved the way for PRO3 to achieve the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certification.

His appointment as the new top cop of Aurora is akin to a homecoming, as he was previously assigned in the province as the Force Commander of the 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company.

With his proven track record and commitment to excellence, Col. Francisco is poised to lead the Aurora Police Provincial Office to new heights. (UnliNews Online)
