CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — PRO3 Director Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr., inspected bus terminals on Tuesday (April 4) in preparation for the surge of passengers who will travel to the provinces for the long vacation for the observance of Holy Week.
Hidalgo said that police personnel are already conducting physical check-ups in the various terminals region wide and that security is being tightened even for those entering malls and churches.
During his inspection of bus terminals, he even boarded a bus and talked with the driver and passengers.
“We want our commuters to feel safe and secure; this is why we conduct inspections. Also, we are grateful for the support of the different government agencies as well as our force multipliers to guarantee the safety of the general public this Holy Week and entire summer vacation,” Hidalgo also said.
