IBA, Zambales — About 55 sari-sari store owners in Zambales joined the “Tindahan Mo, e-Level Up Mo!” of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
It aims to elevate micro, small, and medium enterprises into more resilient, innovative, and competitive entities within the national economy.
DTI Zambales Senior Trade-Industry Development Specialist Neil John Fabay said the program covers four modules namely e-Level Up ang Online Marketing, e-Level Up ang Puhunan, e-Level Up ang Paninda, and e-Level Up ang Operations that will run until October 2024.
“Sari-sari store owners can participate in the succeeding modules by visiting the nearest Negosyo Center or the official social media accounts of DTI on Facebook and YouTube,” he added.
In Zambales, attendees include 30 sari-sari store owners from Iba, 22 from Castillejos, and one each from Olongapo City, San Antonio, and Palauig.
The agency’s Sari-Sari Store Advancement Program seeks to empower over one million sari-sari store owners nationwide.
