CITY OF MALOLOS — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) – Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office (DEO) held a program to commemorate the agency’s 126th founding anniversary recently, at the office gymnasium in this city.
District Engineer Henry C. Alcantara opened the day’s activities with an inspiring message highlighting the event’s significance, followed by heartfelt greetings from the Chiefs of Sections.
The event also featured a performance by Martin V. Talucod, the office’s representative for the Regional Singing Contest, who captivated the audience with his vocal skills, alongside other talented personnel.
