FOUR individuals were collared inside a makeshift drug den which led to the confiscation of some Php 102,000.00 worth of crystal meth (shabu) after a buy-bust operation at around 6:42 p.m., on Saturday (Aug. 31) in Barangay Minuyan Proper.
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Bulacan Provincial Office identified the apprehended as Christopher Sallao y Bitong @Bitong, 47 years old, (Drug Den Maintainer); Joselito Cuya y Hermogeno,
49; Fernando Rubio y Garcia, 21; and Martin Mainit y Homlero, 53, all resident of Sitio Sapang Lamig, Brgy. Minuyan Proper, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.
Approximately 15 grams of shabu worth P102,000; assorted drug paraphernalia; and the buy-bust money were recovered by the operating teams.
Seized illegal substances will be forwarded to PDEA RO III laboratory section for forensic examination.
The operation was jointly conducted by PDEA Bulacan Provincial Office, PDEA RO-3 Special Enforcement Service, and San Jose Del Monte City Police Station.
Arrested suspects will face charges for the violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (UnliNews Online)
