CITY OF MALOLOS — A case of double murder was filed on Monday (Oct. 14) in the Malolos City Prosecutor’s Office by the Bulacan Police Provincial Office against an active policeman and his cousin who are suspects in the murder of Bokal Ramil Capistrano, president of the Association of Barangay Captains (ABC) in Bulacan province.
In this regard, the Provincial Government of Bulacan issued a reward led by Gov. Daniel Fernando of an amount of P500K for anyone who can gave information of the suspects.
Col. Satur Ediong, Bulacan police director identified the suspects as Police Staff Sergeant Ulysses Fernan Castro Pascual, Cezar Mayoralgo Gallardo Jr, and two aliases Lupin and Jeff.
In a press conference at the Governors office on Monday morning, Col Ediong said, there are two witnesses in the safe custody of the authorities and various evidences so that the vehicle and identity of the suspects who are all from Navotas have been determined.
Ediong said the suspect was previously assigned to Region 3 and is currently stationed at Camp Crame.
It is said that the police are looking into all angles to find out the motive and the mastermind of the crime.
Meanwhile, Governor Daniel Fernando said that their action will be in full force to provide justice to the families of the victims.
The governor expressed gratitude for the action taken by the police for the immediate resolution of the killing of the victims.
The family of Capistrano and his driver continue to demand justice, hoping that the case will be resolved as soon as possible.
Capistrano and his driver were ambushed and killed last October 3 by the said suspects in Brgy. Ligas, Malolos City, Bulacan. (UnliNews Online)
