SUBIC, Zambales — A male drug peddler tagged as a high-value target at the same time included in the PDEA regional target list was nabbed during a buy-bust operation at around 8:35 p.m. in Barangay Calapandayan, Subic town, on Thursday (Nov. 28).
PDEA team leader identified the arrested suspect as Bien F. Felarca, 51 years old, a resident of Barangay Calapandayan, Subic, Zambales.
According to the operating units, the suspect is involved in the proliferation of drugs in Subic and nearby towns of Zambales.
Felarca yielded a total of four pieces of plastic transparent sachets containing more or less 10 grams of shabu worth P68,000 and the buy-bust money used by the poseur buyer.
The operation was conducted by joint operatives of PDEA offices in Tarlac and Zambales, Subic Police Station, and 701st Special Operations Wing Air Combat Command (PAF).
A non-bailable offense of Section 5 (sale of dangerous drugs) of Republic Act 9165 will be filed against Felarca. (UnliNews Online)
