CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Reverend Father P/Lt. Col. Jonathan Chy, the esteemed Regional Pastoral Officer of Police Regional Office 3, continues to uplift and inspire police personnel and their families across the region through his unwavering dedication to pastoral care.

Chy visits every municipal and city police station in Region 3 to celebrate the Holy Mass, conduct blessings, and provide counseling and pastoral care.
