CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, Bulacan — Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Bulacan Provincial Office dismantled a makeshift drug den that also led to the arrest of its operator and seizure of approximately P102,000.00 worth of shabu after a successful buy-bust operation in Barangay Minuyan 2 on Saturday night (Jan. 18).
The team leader said that the operation was consummated at around 10:03 p.m., which resulted in the arrest of the drug den operator identified as alias Bronson.
Also nabbed inside the drug den were alias Ricky, 45 years old, and alias Tolits, 50 years old.
The operating teams confiscated a total of six plastic sachets containing roughly 15 grams of shabu worth P102,000.00; assorted sniffing paraphernalia; and the marked money used by the poseur buyer.
The operation was also participated in by the PDEA RO 3 Special Enforcement Team and the local police.
Arrested suspects will be detained in the PDEA RO 3 jail facility, while charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 are now being readied for filing in court. (UnliNews Online)
