PGB, BCCI add color to Sto. Niño de Malolos 50th Anniversary, offer trade fair to visitors

CITY OF MALOLOS — Visitors of the Sto. Niño de Malolos Grand Exhibit from all corners of the country are in for a treat as they will have the opportunity to indulge in delicious Bulakenyo cuisine and shop for unique products at the Tatak Bulakenyo/BUFFEX Trade Fair spearheaded by the Provincial Government of Bulacan through the Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office (PCEDO) and the Bulacan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) from January 16 to 23 that will add a splash of color to the celebration.

Situated in the vibrant surroundings of the Capitol, right in front of the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium and Regional Trial Court, this joint trade fair is composed of 46 exhibitors from the Tatak Bulakenyo side and 28 exhibitors from the BUFFEX side.

“Sa limang dekada ng ating exhibit ng Sto. Niño, tampok natin ang batang Hesus sa iba’t ibang anyo, bihis at wangis. Ito ay simbolo na ang kaharian ng Diyos ay para sa lahat, bata man o matanda, anuman ang ating estado o uri ng pamumuhay,” the governor said.

He proudly displayed his own cherished image of Sto. Niño, a family heirloom now under his care, alongside around 500 other representations of the Child Jesus from across the nation.

Fernando was joined by Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro, DOT Regional Director Richard G. Daenos, Bureau of Customs Acting Deputy Commissioner of Internal Administration Group Michael Fermin, Provincial Administrator Antonia V. Constantino, PCEDO Head Atty, Jayric L. Amil, Provincial Information Officer Katrina Anne B. Balingit, and PHACTO OIC Department Head May Arlene Torres to name a few.

The Sto. Niño de Malolos Grand Exhibit located in the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium in this city is open to the public from January 17 to 24 from 8 am to 6 pm. (UnliNews Online)
